It was wild weather around here yesterday. I've never thought of the Sacramento Valley as "hurricane alley," but we've been having twisters all year. Here it is May and it's still pouring rain, so much so that daytime TV was interrupted at least a dozen times yesterday for storm watches. The nightly news was full of home videos of twisters over various communities.
So far Davis has not been hit with anything more than intermittent torrential rains, but it sure is exciting watching all the news coverage at night!

We had hail here in SJ -- unheard of. Well, I thought so at least.
