Maybe spammers are just not as clever as they used to be.
In the past two days I've received at least four e-mails purported to be from PayPal (they always look so official), each one of them telling me that they noticed some strange activity on my PayPal account "on June 10, 2005."
Jeez, folks, if you're going to try to convince someone to give you their banking information, at least choose a day in the past to suddenly notice unusual activity, not a day that is three weeks in the future!
