Our new foster dog, Sydney (a Lab/Corgi mix!) is very sweet, but she has a couple of quirks. One of them, I feared, was digging holes in the lawn. The morning after she arrived, I found the big dirt area that you see behind the dogs in the photo on the right. I was concerned about what Walt would think (fortunately it was only weeds, not grass), and didn't want to complain about the dog's behavior because she's otherwise a very sweet dog.However, as I began to check out the dirt, and watch the dogs, I think I've figured out what is going on.
